Retrograde - Book 2 of The Airship Pirate Chronicals

This new novel from Robert Brown is an absolute corker. Everyone says LOL, but this really did make me laugh out loud, and gasp, and occasionally shout "No!" It is a rollicking good read in the best tradition of adventure novels, but without the sexism. It carries the reader along at a cracking pace, but is also thought-provoking (aren't those the best kinds of novel). Make sure you have plenty of time before you start - Retrograde is almost impossible to put down.
